Stage One: Registration Stage 

In this stage, all interested participants/choir groups are expected to register with the sum of ₦10,000 on the registration portal by clicking on the link below.  Fill correctly their details. https://cccogiym.org/competition/competition

Stage two: Pre - Audition Stage

At this stage, all registered participants/choir groups are expected to post the Gospel Music Talent Hunt Flyer on Facebook and tag C C C O G I Youth Movement and tag the name of your Divisional Choir. For example #cccogi youth movement #Sabo Divisional Mass Choir. This is mandatory for qualification into the Audition Stage. 

Stage three: Audition Stage

All qualified participants/choir groups are expected to upload their audition Video through the Competition Portal of not more than 120secs Of their Choir Singing to any Gospel Song Of their Choice. Take note, Video must be of Standard Quality; Clear, With Good lighting in a suitable environment. Ensure to introduce the group before singing - The Group name if any and the division only. As your Videos will not only be assessed by your musical dexterity but on your presentation and professionalism based on the judging criteria below. *CRITERIA*

1. TONALITY, PITCH & USE OF DYNAMICS 

2. VOICE TIMBRE & QUALITY 

3. DICTION, CLARITY & CHOICE OF SONG

4. TIME & STAGE MGT

5. APPEARANCE

Failure to do this will result in automatic disqualification from the competition. 

Qualified Candidates Would Be Contacted Directly via SMS or on the Talent Hunt portal.

Stage four: Knockout Stage 

Qualified participants/choir groups from the knockout stage are expected to gain public opinions through voting to qualify Them into the Quarter Finals. Tags Will be given to Qualified Candidates At This Stage. Take Note The Minimum Votes Required To Qualify You to the Quarter Final Round Which will be done Physically @the Central Cathedral complex will be *1,000 Votes*. 

A Vote is ₦100 Only. You can vote multiple times. E.g 10 votes is ₦1,000; 50 Votes is ₦5,000. 

Stage five: The Finals

All Finalists/Choir groups who met the voting requirements shall be eligible for the live performance on stage at the Central Cathedral.

2. Diction/vocabulary

3. Expression /communication

4. Vocal quality /audibility

5. Instrumentation/ Choir synchronization

6. Creativity

7. Time management

8. Appearance/Uniformity
